Possibilidade de adicionar pedidos especiais. - Após preencher os dados pessoais, o Utilizador deverá clicar novamente em “RESERVAR AGORA” para prosseguir. - O Utilizador será informado do preço total da reserva, incluindo eventuais taxas adicionais e despesas de serviços opcionais, bem como dos prazos de check-in e check-out. - O Utilizador deverá efetuar o pagamento da reserva exclusivamente através de cartão de crédito ou débito, utilizando os meios disponibilizados no *website*. - Antes de confirmar a reserva, o Utilizador compromete-se a verificar todos os dados da reserva, incluindo quartos selecionados, datas, número de hóspedes, preços e método de pagamento, corrigindo quaisquer erros antes da confirmação. - Antes de finalizar a reserva, o Utilizador deve ler os “Termos e Condições”, inserindo o símbolo de concordância no quadrado disponível, apenas no caso de aceitar os mesmos. A aceitação dos “Termos e Condições” é requisito absoluto para a continuação da operação. O Utilizador deverá, de imediato, imprimir e arquivar os Termos e Condições para consultas futuras. - Ao confirmar a reserva, o Utilizador celebra um Contrato com a QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA, aceitando integralmente a descrição dos quartos, preços e presentes Termos e Condições, que contêm as únicas disposições aplicáveis entre o Utilizador e a QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA. - Antes de finalizar a reserva, o Utilizador deverá ler os “Termos e Condições”, inserindo o símbolo de concordância no quadrado disponível, apenas no caso de aceitar os mesmos. A aceitação dos “Termos e Condições” é requisito absoluto para a continuação da operação. O Utilizador deverá, de imediato, imprimir e arquivar os Termos e Condições para consultas futuras. - De seguida será enviado ao Utilizador um e-mail, no qual são descriminados o(s) serviço(s) reservado(s), o(s) preço(s), as Condições Especiais aceites pelo Utilizador, a data da reserva efetuada, as informações referentes aos Termos e Condições, assim como o endereço da QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA junto do qual o Utilizador pode apresentar eventuais reclamações. - A reserva será efetiva apenas após pagamento integral do valor da mesma, quando aplicável. A fatura será emitida em formato digital e enviada para o e-mail fornecido pelo Utilizador, não podendo ser reemitida com alterações posteriores. **DISPOSIÇÕES FINAIS** 10. Propriedade intelectual - A QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA é a titular de todos os direitos de propriedade intelectual sobre o *website*. - Os conteúdos que são colocados à disposição pela QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA através do *website*, incluindo, sem limitação, textos, imagens, design, marcas, logotipos, códigos fontes, são protegidos pela legislação de propriedade intelectual, sendo a sua propriedade ou licença, titulada pela QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA e seus fornecedores ou licenciadores. Resolução alternativa de litígios - O disposto na presente cláusula aplica-se, exclusivamente, às reservas efetuadas a consumidor final, conforme definido na Lei n.º 24/96, de 31 de julho, com as alterações subsequentes. - A QUINTA DA AMENDOEIRA informa que, nos termos previstos na Lei de Defesa do Consumidor, estão sujeitos a arbitragem necessária ou mediação os conflitos de consumo de reduzido valor económico (inferiores a €5.000,00), sempre que, por opção expressa dos consumidores, estes sejam submetidos à apreciação de tribunal arbitral adstrito aos centros de arbitragem de conflitos de consumo legalmente autorizados. Assim, em caso de litígio, o consumidor final poderá recorrer a qualquer um destes meios, devendo fazer-se representar por advogado ou solicitador (ou solicitar apoio judiciário, nos termos legalmente previstos). - Mais, ao abrigo do Reg.
